You can only design and format 1 flag, dropdown or text switcher per website. If you have 2 of the same module types on your site, and you change one, the other will change as well. This is due to the current limitations of the custom Divi plugins at this moment. We will work on a solution, and hope this will be possible with the release of Divi 5.0.
